Skillphin values your satisfaction. This policy outlines cancellation and refund procedures for course enrollments, processed via Razorpay.

1. Cancellation

  • Before Access: Cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund (minus Razorpay fees, ~2-3%).
  • After Access: No refunds for started courses, as content is immediately available.
  • To cancel: Log in, go to "My Account Enrollments," or email skillphin@gmail.com.

2. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days via original Razorpay method.
  • Non-refundable: Discounts, certifications, or post-access fees.
  • Razorpay charges (e.g., gateway fees) are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

  • Technical issues: Case-by-case review.
  • Force majeure (e.g., platform downtime): Partial credits possible.

4. International Users

Refunds subject to currency conversion and bank policies.
