Shipping and Delivery Policy

Note: As a digital gig-tech platform, Skillphin delivers all content online. This policy covers virtual "delivery" of courses and any physical items (e.g., certificates). No physical shipping applies unless specified.

1. Digital Delivery

• Course Access: Immediate upon Razorpay payment confirmation (within 60 minutes).
• Format: Live sessions via Zoom integration; on-demand videos in your dashboard or link will be shared.
• Duration: As per course (e.g., 3 months for Event Specialist).

2. Physical Items (If Applicable)

• Certificates: Digital PDFs issued on completion; printed versions shipped via India Post (7-14 days, ₹200 fee or in respect to the requirement).
• Shipping Areas: India only; international on request (additional fees).

3. Delays and Issues

• Technical glitches: Support resolves within 24 hours; access extended if needed.
• Razorpay delays: Beyond our control; refunds per Cancellation Policy.

4. Tracking

• Digital: Dashboard notifications.
• Physical: Order confirmation email with tracking (if shipped).

5. Returns

Digital content non-returnable post-delivery. Physical items: 7-day return for defects.
